TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. To reserve your space, a NON-REFUNDABLE $200.00 USD deposit is required.
2. If your surgery is rescheduled due to a medical reason, your deposit will be held and applied to your new visit dates.
3. Your deposit is valid only for one year from the date of your cancellation.
4. Promotional rates are ONLY valid for the original reservation. If you cancel, the PROMOTIONAL RATE will no longer be valid.
5. The balance must be paid upon arrival. If you pay using a credit card, you must pay the Mexican tax added to your balance.
6. If a friend or relative will accompany you, they may stay in a private room subject to availability for an additional fee.
7. There is a limit on changing your booking; you can only reschedule 2 times.
8. We cannot issue partial refunds if you leave before your check-out date.
9. To provide safe, high-quality care throughout your recovery, there is a mandatory one-time $35 USD medical supplies fee per stay.
